You can almost hear the mission bells ring as you enter through the massive, old-style doors and step onto the rugged, Spanish tile floors of the Country Inn by Ayres at San Clemente. Reminiscent of an early California mission, the simple architecture and rich interior of this hotel are beautifully rendered in a careful combination of historic authenticity and modern comfort. Tapestries and burlap, wrought iron and flagstone impart a range of color and texture in the impressive lobby, filled with replica furniture as well as true antiques. 

Our elegant ballroom will accommodate up to 175 persons for meetings.  Smaller events are welcomed, too. The Country Inn by Ayres offers more than 2,400 square feet of conference space, as well as one executive room.
